It’s National Donate Life Month
Happy Monday everyone! I was going to write about something else today, but I realized that this was a very important month for me personally. No, not my birthday or either of my kids’ birthdays, or even my husband’s birthday. My mother’s birthday is this month, but she doesn’t make a big deal about it, so we don’t either. I had been looking forward to writing my first post for this blog for several weeks. But life kept getting in the way. The past two weeks have been hectic – with two 11-hour drives to and from Alabama (whew!), dealing with aging parents, and managing teenagers on Spring Break. When we got home, the chores didn’t end – no rest for the weary, right? Wrong! Finally, I had to take a rest and recover day. Without other issues grabbing my attention, I could get back to this post and why I wanted to start this blog… It’s a reboot of my life… Part two… The second half… Because in…
