2019: Pick a Word or Two
My last post looked at selecting a Theme for the New Year as we get ready to start 2019. This post looks at selecting a word to inspire you during this year. So you’re trying to choose a new word for the upcoming year. You want something that captures all of your hopes, dreams, and inspirations for the New Year. The Spirit of the Season: Make a Gratitude List
Sometimes, you may forget the little things that you’re grateful for in your life. However, if you have them in plain sight, it can help you reinforce your gratefulness — especially during the holiday season. We traveled through the exercise search (it will continue of course) but now we are going to spend some time on self-development topics. It should be fun! We all have specific reasons why we are on the internet – starting a business, expressing ourselves, passing on our experiences, the reasons are endless. But something that we all have in common…

How to Stop Being Afraid of Making Decisions
[disclosure] Happy Tuesday! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I am running around trying to get ready for my trip tomorrow. Isn’t it weird how no matter how well you plan before a trip, things keep popping up to do? That’s where we are now. But it doesn’t matter, it all seems to get done in the end. Today’s post is about decisions. Do you try to avoid decisions because you don’t want to make a choice? Or you want someone else to make it? Surprise… Not Choosing Is a Choice When you have to decide on two or more choices or variables, and you pass on…
