An Unplanned Absence and a Restart
Hi everyone! It’s been a few weeks since I have published on my blog…it’s been a hectic and sad time. My mother died 2 weeks ago. Right after I found out, I got sick – as a transplant patient, that was a big deal. I almost wasn’t allowed to travel to Alabama for the funeral but finally loaded up on antibiotics and antivirals, the doctors let me leave. After the funeral, I spent the next week sorting through the house – helping my father move to Texas with us. We still have to sell it and the car. It’s been very busy!
