Let’s Start a New Spring Routine for Success
It’s another Monday! I hope everyone’s weekend was relaxing so we can all hit this week hard! My daughter has a sleep study tonight (which my husband so graciously volunteered to attend!) so her week has already been altered. I’m not sure if she is going to school on Monday or Tuesday which won’t make her happy. Which alters my week too… But I’m optimistic. It’s really looking like spring here in Texas. While I know that is not the case everywhere, we are going to try to embrace what the calendar says—it’s almost the middle of spring—and see if we can manifest spring! Maybe not… But we can get…

The Power of Positivity: 4 Tips to Improved Positivity
Good morning! It’s Tuesday and I have my monthly follow-up appointment at the Transplant Clinic. This is typically almost an all-day event – I have to get blood drawn early in the morning, but I don’t get seen by the doctor until the afternoon. You find yourself working really late or running errands during your work time. Creating a work-life balance can be tough. It’s hard to find the delicate balance between a happy work life and happy home life. There are a few things that you can do both at work and at home to create a…

5 Ideas for Motivation When You Need Inspiration
Motivation is my biggest challenge right now. Goal number one is to start exercising every day; since we have an elliptical machine (which I hate!), I tried to use it every morning. Not very successfully, I might add! So walking it will be! However, I don’t have a lot of stamina right now, so it’s so much easier to lay in bed than get up and get moving. I’m sure you have the same issue sometimes. This lack of motivation, or just simply not wanting to do something could be due to overall physical or mental health. Or it could just simply involve doing something that perhaps the mind and…
